AI Output Variability

No refunds or credits will be issued based on dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, as variability is an expected characteristic of AI technology.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Company, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
